A product and distribution showcase for importers, distributors and speciality retailers. It is not a shop. It publishes no prices, takes no orders and processes no payments, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

Consumer retail happens on a separate storefront serving one market in one currency. This site does not link to it, because retail pricing in one market is not export pricing in another, and quoting the first would misrepresent the second.

Everything here is an invitation to start a conversation. Terms, quantities, specifications and prices for a particular market are agreed in writing, and the written agreement governs — not this website.

We take care that what is written here is accurate, and we would rather say nothing than say something we cannot support. Product descriptions, roast levels, origins and tasting notes are taken from our own published product material.

Specifications are indicative and subject to confirmation. Some figures for the Pocket Espresso machine — among them pump pressure, battery capacity, charging time and certifications — are not yet confirmed against manufacturer documentation, and are deliberately absent from this site rather than estimated. Ask us and you will get either a documented figure or an honest statement that we do not have it yet.

Packaging, formulation and availability change. Before committing to an order, confirm the current specification with us in writing.

Nothing here is nutritional, medical or dietary advice. Where a product contains added vitamins, this site states which vitamins are present and what they are. It makes no claim about what they do for anyone.

Much of the product and location photography on this site is digitally generated. What that means in practice, what is real and what is presentation, is set out in full on the imagery page.

The Doro's name, wordmark and seal, and the text of this site, belong to Doro Caffe. You are welcome to quote from it or link to it. You may not use our marks on your own products or in a way that suggests we endorse or supply you when we do not.

Nespresso® is a trade mark of Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to it. Where this site says a capsule is compatible with Nespresso® machines, that is a statement about which machines the capsule fits, and nothing more.

Where this site links somewhere else, that destination is not ours and we do not control what it says or does. A link is not an endorsement.

We do not promise that this site is always available or always free of error. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here rather than on terms confirmed with us in writing.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the law of North Macedonia, and the courts of North Macedonia have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
