About the imagery

The product photographs in the collection, the two films at the top of the home page, the film on the machine page and the location photography in the vitamin section were all produced with generative image and video tools, working from photographs of the real products.

The brand marks are not generated. The wordmark and seal you see in the header and footer are the original artwork files.

We are telling you this because a picture that looks like a photograph should be understood as one, and because European law now requires it of anyone publishing this kind of imagery.

All of the imagery described here was generated between 26 and 31 July 2026. The record of which generation produced which image is kept in this project's own build manifests, with the dates in the identifiers.

That is before 2 August 2026, the date the European Union's transparency rules for AI-generated content began to apply. The European Commission's guidance is that content generated before that date does not have to be labelled retroactively, and encourages publishers to label it anyway.

We label it anyway — that is this page and the line in the footer of every page. Anything we generate from now on is labelled as a matter of course, and we would rather over-disclose than have you find out from somebody else.

The product is a box containing eight capsules. That is what exists, that is what you are buying, and that is what ships. The pack design, the name, the roast level, the origin and the tasting notes shown against each product are the real product's.

The Pocket Espresso machine is a real machine with a documented specification plate. The figures published on this site are transcribed from it.

Everything around the box. The alpine granite, the coastal terrace, the light, the weather, the cups, the flask, the scattered capsules, the surfaces the boxes rest on — all of it is staged for presentation, in exactly the way a photographic studio stages a shot. None of it is supplied with the product.

Where a capsule is named after a flavour, the imagery is not a statement about ingredients. A picture of a hazelnut is a picture of a flavour, not a claim that the capsule contains one.

We do not use generated imagery to show a characteristic the product does not have — a size it is not, a finish it does not have, contents it does not contain, or a certification it has not been granted.

If a generated image and the physical product ever disagree, the physical product is right and the image is wrong, and we would rather you told us than assumed we knew.

If you are considering stocking us and you want photography of the actual product — or the actual product — say so in an enquiry and we will send it. For anyone making a buying decision, that is the better basis, and we would rather you decided on it.
