What we are

One capsule. More than coffee.

Most capsule coffee is engineered backwards — a roast is chosen, a price is hit, and a flavour is sprayed on at the end to cover the difference.

We start at the other end. The infusion happens during production, into 100% Arabica, in batches small enough that a bad one gets thrown away rather than blended into the good ones.
