About this coffee
Energy+ is the reason most people meet Doro's. It is a medium roast built from South American and Asian arabica, carrying a subtle rose note that sits behind the coffee rather than on top of it — bold in the cup, and clean at the finish.
What separates it from the rest of the range is what happens during infusion. Vitamin B12 and biotin are introduced as the coffee is produced, not dusted onto a finished roast, which is why the cup tastes like coffee rather than like something added to coffee.
The argument for it is simpler than the chemistry. You already make coffee in the morning. You do not need a second habit, a second thing to remember, or a second shelf in the cupboard — the ritual is already there, and this is a better version of it.
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) and biotin (vitamin B7) are both water-soluble B-group vitamins. They are added during production rather than applied to the roast afterwards. Enjoy as part of a varied and balanced diet.
